Many thanks to Redditor Slushe for finding this information. All information (models, abilities, lore, etc) is from the Ahri patch files and is subject to change at any time. Here’s the original post. Abilities and my thoughts are after the jump.
Q: Power Transfer – Viktor blasts an enemy unit dealing magic damage, returning a portion of the damage dealt as a shield.
W: Gravity Field – Viktor conjures a heavy gravitational field, slowing all enemies and stacking a debuff every 0.5 seconds. At 3 stacks enemies inside are stunned for 1.5 seconds.
E: Death Ray – Viktor uses his robotic arm to fire a chaos beam that cuts across the field in a line, dealing damage to any opponents struck in its path.
R: Chaos Storm – Viktor conjures a singularity on the field which deals magic damage and briefly silences enemies. The singularity then does magic damage to all nearby enemies every second. Viktor can redirect the singularity.
R: (Chaos Storm Activated): Storm Control – Relocate the singularity to your cursor position.
Passive: Evolving Technology Viktor starts with a Hex Core that provides him with stats and can be upgraded in the store to augment one of his abilities. The Hex Core can only be upgraded once, and cannot be sold back to the store.
Hex Core(Can Not Be Sold) +3 Ability Power per level This item can be upgraded into one of three augments that enhance Viktor’s basic abilities. Click the item in the store to discover its upgrades. Upgrades into:
Power: +3 Ability Power per level, +220 Health, +6 Health Regen per 5 seconds. Augments Power Transfer to Increases Viktor’s Movement Speed by 30% for 3 seconds
Graviton:+3 Ability Power per level, +200 Mana, +10% Cooldown Reduction, +5 Mana Regen per 5 seconds. Augments Gravity Field to have an additional 30% cast range.
Death: +3 Ability Power per level, +45 Ability Power. Augments Death Ray to set fire to enemies, dealing 30% additional magic damage over 4 seconds.
Looking at everything aside from the Hex Core, he reminds me a lot of how I expected Averdrian’s kit to go. Which, given that I was looking over unreleased champions and was wondering how they’d work in game just yesterday, makes me chuckle.
He’s definitely got an interesting kit and if he’s released during the next patch (during the downtime between Christmas and New Years), he seems like he’ll be fun as hell to play. If anything, I hope he’s released just so I can see how that passive works. Does it take up an item slot permanently? And I’m assuming it costs a decent chunk of gold to upgrade it. Either way, really fun looking guy there.
Okay, that’s it for me for now. Apologies about the slight posting delays, I’m trying to chip away at my anime backlog and get out some more first impressions that I hope you folks will like. Take it easy, have a good’un, and thanks for readin’.
EDIT – Some wonderful gent found Viktor’s voice overs!
